Understand the workflow.
Review the journey with the people who use it. Map the data, targeting, content, handoffs and exceptions before changing the build.
Your CRM should make delivery easier.
From the first enquiry to the next campaign.
Broken journeys, disconnected tools and manual handoffs slow your team down. Getting more from your CRM means making the data, content and delivery process work together.
I work with CRM and marketing teams to get more from their existing platforms: better onboarding, retention and win-back journeys, stronger targeting and hands-on campaign delivery. I also support migrations and integrations, with AI added where it has a clear purpose.

A background in marketing, automation and technical delivery, grounded in how businesses actually work.
Since 2018, I’ve worked across consulting, hands-on development and team leadership, turning business requirements into workflows people can use and maintain.
I’ve spent that time connecting the business outcome to the detail that delivers it: onboarding, retention and win-back journeys, audience targeting, personalisation and the logic behind each campaign.
I’ve helped deliver enterprise CRM migrations, connected platforms and led development teams. I’ve also built campaign logic myself, using platform-specific scripting for targeting, dynamic content and personalisation. My work also covers UX, responsive design and contactability checks across channels.
My experience includes enterprise insurance and finance, heavily regulated environments and a database of more than two million contacts. Customer impact, targeting, consent and approvals have to be understood before a workflow goes live. Accuracy and review belong in the design from the start.
I bring that understanding to the whole CRM workflow: the data available, the customer journey, the campaign logic and the people responsible. Where AI can help, I design it around those same controls, with a clear role and a result your team can check.

A useful CRM connects your data, customer journeys and day-to-day delivery. I audit campaigns and journeys to identify gaps and opportunities, then work with your team to agree improvements and deliver them through testing and handover.
An enquiry, purchase or service call should inform what happens next. I connect that customer context to your targeting, content and follow-up, so the next message or handoff reflects what has already happened.
I can join an existing team or take on a defined project. We start with the business outcome, trace the workflow and agree what needs to change. Then I help build, test and explain it.
Review the journey with the people who use it. Map the data, targeting, content, handoffs and exceptions before changing the build.
Repair an existing journey, build a campaign or support a migration. Connect platforms and set up reusable logic around the agreed requirements.
Check targeting, consent and suppression rules, content and handoffs. Work through exceptions and approvals with your team before release.
Identify a bounded task that AI could support. Agree its information, permissions and review points, then test the result before relying on it.
Agree the baseline and the measures that matter to this workflow. Review the result against them, including the effort needed to run and maintain it.
Tell me about your platform, the work waiting and the help your team needs. We’ll agree the scope, timing and fees before work begins.
